Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial
If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel any time during the trial through Google Play to avoid being charged.
2. Subscription billing
Paid subscriptions purchased through the Android app are billed and managed by Google Play Billing. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
3. How to cancel
Cancel anytime from Google Play: open the Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Silent VPN → Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
4. Refunds
Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play's own refund policy, since Google processes the payment and holds your payment details, not us. In general:
- Within a short window after purchase (typically a few hours), you can request a refund directly from Google Play with no need to contact us.
- Outside that window, refund requests go through Google Play's standard support flow, and Google makes the final refund decision per their policy.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (e.g. a billing error, a duplicate charge, or a service outage that materially affected your ability to use a paid plan), contact us at support@silentvpn.click or via Telegram and we'll work with you directly.
5. What happens to your data after cancellation
Your VPN access ends at the close of the paid period. Your subscriber record is retained for a limited period afterward (see the Privacy Policy, section 5) in case you resubscribe, then removed.
